I worked in the technology function in a global legal services enterprise for 17 years. As my responsibilities changed over the years, and I moved through geolocations and roles within the organization, I started to ask myself "what is my value", and "what impact am I making". My realization is that I can contribute the most by helping others reach their full potential and achieve their goals and dreams. I get the most satisfaction from helping others succeed.
